Anil Vij, the transport minister for Haryana, has launched five electric buses with air conditioning in Ambala, providing passengers with free rides for a week. Republic Day marked the start of the limitless free air-conditioned bus trips, which will run until February 1.

In a joint meeting with authorities from the civil aviation, Airports Authority of India, police, and other departments on Sunday, Haryana's minister of civil aviation, Vipul Goel, gave the responsible officers instructions to make sure that all outstanding work pertaining to the domestic airport are completed by February 28.


Additionally, he instructed officers to prioritize the action items outlined at the discussion and to conduct security training in accordance with badge criteria.

Vij, who attended the conference as well, said that departmental authorities must move quickly to begin flying services and recommended establishing an MOU shortly to send out the necessary personnel.


Narhari Singh Bangar, a civil aviation expert, said that the start of flying services is contingent upon the resolution of minor technical concerns. According to him, all airport-related work would soon be finished, and flights will be available from the airport to Ayodhya, Lucknow, and other locations.
